IT IS OFFICIALLY A BRITISH CHRISTMAS!!!

It is OFFICIAL!!!
We are spending Christmas Holiday in LONDON!!!!
Last year, J gave me a book he had made called "Where in the World is Elizabeth Going?" I had to guess where we would be going THIS December.
I figured the destination out pretty quickly, but I didn't tell many people because I didn't want to jinx it. You just never really know if the tickets, work schedules, etc. will work out until you get closer to booking time.

But THANKFULLY it all has fallen into place! We have a direct business class flight going and coming. Part of me is just as excited about the flight as the destination! lol!

So we get to Holiday in London this year! J lived in London during part of college. But I have never been to any European country.
When we started dating a long time ago, I realized that J was the only other person I knew who has always wanted to spend Christmastime in a different place each year. I've always wanted to see different countries and cities when they are all decorated and explore how they celebrate the holidays.
So he and I are always going to be up for leaving this sleepy old town and having a December adventure!
Part of our stay will include a Rick Steves tour. J loves Rick Steves and did the Paris tour two years ago. He went alone at Christmastime and said it was a wonderful trip - beautiful, relaxing yet full of good people, food and sights. {If you do not know who Rick Steves is, I recommend THIS SITE.}
So he figured we would do a tour in London as well. (even though J already knows his way around)
We get to see beautiful sights like these together!

It will be fun, exciting, full of history and amazing places, some shopping and some fabulously romantic time with J.

I cannot wait! eeeeeekkkkk!!!!!
Thank you to my J, for wanting to spend another Christmas with me.
I'm so lucky to have you and I love you very very much!
{Now, I just need to figure out what to wear! lol!}

Can't wait to see the pics!!

I've never been to Europe either. I think England would be a great place to start since I can speak the language... kinda. ;)

I can just see you coming back with an accent and blogging with British spelling all of a sudden. (favour, labour, etc) :)

Thanks Julie!
I have already been told several words that I am NOT to use in England! Evidently they are SUPER dirty over there! hahaha!

J and I celebrated last night by having fish and chips for dinner. =)
It's so fun seeing how excited he is!
He will definitely deserve a long vacay by then!

=)

My boss came in today calling me Queenie. He's in London like six times a year buying antiques, so I appreciate his bringing me into the fold.

Queenie. I like the sound of that!
I think it suits me perfectly!
LOL!!!!

OH and I still want my crumpet "iced"!
LMAO!!!
