Friday Favorites!

Seriously though, Julie Andrews should ALWAYS be a Friday Favorite!!

How do you solve a problem like Maria??? =)

Here is a fast and furious FIVE for the day!

5. "I LOOOOOOOVE you!!!!!"

4.
SCARVES!
It's not even cold enough to wear them, but I WANT TO!!!
I'm eyeing a few that are on sale right now.......

3.
VETERANS!!!!!
Really. Vets are awesome. I could NEVER EVER do what they do. I'm too weak and too chicken. BUT because they serve and protect ME, I then get to do what I want. I tried to thank all my veteran friends yesterday. If you know one, tell them thanks. Even on a day that is NOT 11-11. =)

2.
"Don't marry the person you think you can live with; marry only the individual you think you can't live without." ~ Dr. James Dobson.
WOW.
Even though I'm not married, I could NOT agree more.
Thanks to my friend for posting this on facebook last week!
This is definitely my motto.

1.
THE WORLD WIDE INTERWEBS and ONLINE MENUS.
I have had more fun the last month reading menus. I LOVE that we can read ALL about a restaurant halfway across the earth and know the fabulous spread they serve. Plus, when you go there to eat, you already have an idea of what you want to eat. You do not show up anticipating something amazing, only to be disappointed by what's on the menu. My tummy is already ready!!!!
J sends me London menu links throughout the week. It's fun, except that I get really hungy. haha!

Ok, Gotta get back to work!!!
More Later!
=)

Wow! Totally agree with all of these. Great list!!

I used to tell people I was named after Julie Andrews... not at all true but I loved her so much.

WHY Thank you!
I'm sending you an email.

If you weren't named after Mrs. Andrews, then who were you named after?!!?! haha.
She's the BEST!!!

I tell people I was named after Queen Elizabeth I and her totally framed and misunderstood mother, Queen Anne Boleyn. Or was it after someone from the Bible.....lol!

(yeah, AB is my favorite. I'm reading the best, albeit HUGE book about her right now!)
I like the Queens better.

I have never seen "The Sound of Music" I think I might be the only one!

I do agree with the rest of your list though - all great things!
