Taschen's Purple London Book =)

Wednesday night I presented J with a little present - Taschen's London book.
This book is divine!
It is a huge "coffee table" book full of information about the best hotels, restaurants and shops in London. The photography is beautiful AND the artwork is so cool! SO Taschen. =)
I wrote J a sweet nothing inside the book and we both sat together and thumbed through every page.
You may have seen this London book, along with Taschen's books about Paris, New York and Berlin at Anthropologie. This is where we first saw them last year. J laughed that the London book is purple so it would not match his decor. haha!
But since we will holiday in London I figured a little splash of purple in his den of antiquity could not hurt! Besides, since I am a girl, there will be pinks and purples from time to time at the new house. You know, like in my closet, underneath the chandelier! lol! I would never make him decorate with "girl" colors!!! Besides, we have the color scheme of the house pretty much decided anyhow. =)
Oh, and on a sidenote, these books run about $60-ish on up. BUT I found one on amazon.com for HALF price.
Yay Me!!! I get to give a little ditty and still not break the bank!
