Ok, now that all the "stuff" is taken care of, I'm going to take a moment and talk about the REAL Easter.
As I was having some quiet time yesterday, I tried to sit still, be quiet, and really try to comprehend what Jesus did for
Me. For YOU. For us ALL.
It can really amaze you when you ponder that Jesus would have come to earth and suffered, even if YOU were the ONLY person on the planet.
Get that????
YOU are THAT special!!!!
Really, you are!!!!
So am I. Makes me smile and feel so wrapped in love I can't see straight.
We know love in other ways - our significant others, friends, family, and of course many of you know how much love you can have as a parent. (one day I hope to know that too!)
But all that love PALES in comparison to Jesus' love for us.
All I can say is WOW.
I also had a wonderful London memory that set the tone for the christmas to Easter season. I love this part of the year because you go from celebrating the birth of Jesus, all the way to the resurrection on Easter.
While we were in London we were very privileged to get tickets to the carol service as Westminster Abbey.

J lived at the school when he was in college for a time, and I was speechless as we sat on the second row and listened to the service. We could reach out and touch the choir, we were THAT close!
So beautiful, so humbling and very cold!
But hearing everyone sing along to Old English christmas songs in a church hundreds and hundreds of years old brought tears to my eye.
To know how many people have been to a Christmas Eve service at Westminster Abbey over all these hundreds of years made me feel like a part of something amazing, a part of history.

I think this was a good start to the season, and as I look back to that night and then forward to this weekend, I truly know how deeply I'm loved. How deeply YOU are loved. How deeply God loves every person who has ever sat in Westminster Abbey and in EVERY church all over the world. (and of course all who have never set foot in a church or great cathedral)
"Amazing love, how can it be?
That you, my KING, would die for ME!!!"
Happy Good Friday My Friends!!!
Xoxo!!
