Fabulous Four

Hello Everyone!
I have nothing too profound to blog about so far today, so here are four things that I have pondered this morning. =)

1. Do you ever look in the backseat of your car to see what is there? It's so funny because if someone walked by my car and peered in to see what was on the backseat, they could draw some crazy conclusions! Whether you keep your car very clean, with just a few things here and there, or whether it is full of stuff, take a look in your vehicle today, and just imagine what people would say! It's pretty funny! And it makes you want to clean out your car!! lol!!

2. J bought the first big piece of furniture of the new house this weekend. It is a BEAUTIFUL and MASSIVE cabinet from the 1860's covered with carvings of French Kings, etc. I think he was pretty proud of it and excited that it has a specific place in the floor plan. So of course, I am happy too! I can't wait to see how it looks in it's place. It will definitely be a "WOW" piece when you walk in that particular part of the house. =)

3. I find it totally hilarious when people "flip" you the bird. I will laugh for quite some time because it is honestly such an outrageously STUPID thing for adults to do. For instance, some bottom feeders, with their catfish size brains, find it appropriate to flip people off WHILE STANDING AT THEIR FRONT DOOR with traffic all around. I can't help but wonder what the Catfishes are thinking when they do this?
Maybe - "I can't think of something intelligent to say, so I will stick my finger in the air". Or perhaps - "Maybe I will make this person mad if I flip them off".
Or maybe, since the "porch light is on but no one is home", it's just something SIMPLE like - "I love Apples!"
I tend to go with the following: "I'm not happy with my life! I want to be in the penthouse!!!!"

4. I just watched a seasoned citizen turn LEFT on RED on one of the busiest intersections in town. Then on the way back from lunch, I saw her driving the opposite direction trying to turn left again from the RIGHT lane! Someone needs to tell Grandma it is time to turn in the keys......poor thing!

As you can see, not much going on today.....LOL!!
More later!
Love, E

Thanks for the smiles. Here are my two cents! First, when I took driver's ed in Dallas, I was in the backseat of the car when the driver decided to turn left on red..from Hillcrest onto Royal Lane. The instructor was pushing his brake on the passenger side so hard to stop it from happening!!

And 2nd..you should see my backseat. It is Natalie's domain so it is fully of toys, goldfish - whole and half eaten, Thomas and Dora DVDs, etc. If you walked past my car, you'd think "She has a toddler!"
